If I am unable to meet your counseling needs, here is a list of therapists that I trust in general, as well as those who have special areas of expertise.  Any of them will be skilled at dealing with individual adults struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, or stress.  You should be able to Google any of the names to quickly obtain their contact information and additional expertise.
